What can you expect when you work with True Poolscapes? We focus on providing each client with a truly personal and customized experience,  not on meeting sales quotas or volume metrics. Simply put, we build relationships first, and then pools! Below is a general framework of the steps we'll take together:

Learn

Our first priority is to learn about you and what you're looking for. Whether you already know exactly what you want and need a partner to bring your plan to life, or you have only a vague idea and need someone to walk you through all of your options, we'll take the time to fully understand your vision upfront. We're interested in your ideas, questions, concerns, and most of all genuinely getting to know you!

Design

We utilize the latest in 3D technology so our clients can immerse themselves in the design. Owner Tim Freemyer has over a decade of experience with computer-aided design (CAD), and he will personally create and present custom 3D renderings and videos of your pool/outdoor living proposal. We're so excited about our design process that we created a separate page to tell you all about it - click below to check it out:

Construct

The backyard of your dreams will begin to take shape, one step at a time, through the construction process. We feel strongly that our job is to not only execute on the actual build, but to proactively communicate with you throughout each phase with updates and expectations. You will have owner Tim Freemyer's cell phone number and can call him anytime with questions or concerns (or just to chat if you like!). We know this process can be stressful on you the homeowner, but we'll be there with you every step of the way.
